Why the Truth About Epstein Still Matters

Updated: Sep 7

The Department of Justice is finally pushing to release the grand jury transcripts in the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell cases. Honestly, it is long overdue. The public has been demanding transparency for years, yet the justice system continues to shield the rich and powerful behind layers of secrecy. Why?

Let us be real. Epstein did not act alone. He had connections. People in power enabled him, protected him, and benefited from his crimes. These transcripts might not expose everything, but they are a step toward accountability. The fact that only law enforcement testified in these secret proceedings says a lot. Where were the voices of the survivors? Where was the outrage in those rooms? It feels like they wanted to make sure nothing too explosive came out.

For those of us who have been failed by the system, this hits hard. When you are just an ordinary parent, the government will dig through every detail of your life, fabricate what they need, and use it to destroy you. But when you are rich, connected, and criminal, the system bends to protect you.

And let us talk about the question so many are afraid to ask. Do I believe people in government are involved in child trafficking? Yes, I do. Not all of them, but some. Powerful individuals have either directly participated in it or knowingly allowed it to continue. Epstein is the proof. He was surrounded by politicians, royalty, intelligence agencies, and billionaires. He operated for decades. How? Because the system protected him. Because he was useful. Because children, to some of these people, are just currency in a world of power, secrets, and control.

That does not mean every government worker is corrupt. Most are not. But the ones who are, and the ones who stay silent, are just as dangerous. The structure of CPS, the sealed courtrooms, the lack of transparency, the silence around foster care and adoption pipelines—it all creates the perfect storm for children to be lost, exploited, and erased.

I have lived it. I lost my children to a broken system that did not care about the truth. I watched social workers and judges twist facts, ignore evidence, and operate in total darkness. I know I am not the only one.

The release of these grand jury documents is not just about Epstein. It is about exposing a system that protects predators and punishes innocent families. It is about whether this country will finally confront the truth and demand justice.

They took my children. But they will never take my voice. And they cannot silence the truth forever.
