In 2017, Child Protective Services took my children
In 2019, they terminated my parental rights without due process.
And in January 2020, I saw my children for the last time.

 

No parent should have to live through that kind of heartbreak.
No child should be torn away from a loving home based on false claims, broken policies, or unchecked power.

 

That’s why I created Stolen Children by CPS—to fight for families like mine, and to give a voice to the voiceless.

 

Since 2022, I’ve been in federal court, fighting not just for my children but for every parent who has been wrongfully silenced by a system that too often gets it wrong.

In 2025 alone, I’ve helped several parents win their children back—some after years of forced separation.

We are parents. We are survivors.

And now, we are warriors.

What We Do:

• Help parents file pro se lawsuits in federal court

• Offer legal referrals, attorney connections, and support

• Provide court watcher training and support groups

• Ensure ASL access and support for Deaf families

• Advocate for legislative reform and real accountability
