Services Coming Soon

Available after court proceedings conclude

We are excited to announce a powerful lineup of services through Stolen Children by CPS to support families, educate professionals, and hold systems accountable. These services will launch after our founder’s current federal case concludes. Stay connected for updates.

Court Watchers:

Parent Partners will oversee a network of trained court watchers who monitor hearings to ensure transparency, fairness, and due process in juvenile dependency courtrooms.

Professional Workshops:

Workshops will be available for:

  • Judges

  • Social Workers

  • Attorneys

  • Educators

  • Psychiatrists

  • College Students
These workshops will focus on bias, due process, family preservation, and how to prevent wrongful removals.

Legal Advocacy Services:

We will provide legal support and guidance for families pursuing lawsuits against:

  • County DCFS

  • CPS agencies

  • Cases involving wrongful removal of children

  • Wrongful termination of parental rights

Systemic Accountability Investigations

As part of our commitment to justice and transparency, Stolen Children by CPS will also launch a robust investigative division. This effort will focus on uncovering conflicts of interest, misconduct, and licensure violations involving:

  • Judges

  • Social Workers

  • Attorneys (County Counsel, Minor's Counsel, and Private Attorneys)

  • Police Officers and Investigators

  • Court-Appointed Evaluators & Therapists

Our investigative team will:

  • Verify and report on state licensing and disciplinary records

  • Identify financial, personal, or professional conflicts of interest

  • Collect evidence for use in lawsuits, appeals, and public accountability

  • Train Parent Partners to research and document misconduct

This service will empower families and legal advocates to hold individuals accountable who abuse their power or fail to uphold the law.

Political Campaigns and Reform Advocacy

We’re preparing to launch state and national campaigns focused on exposing injustice and demanding legislative change to protect families across America. Our advocacy will include:

  • Abolishing immunity for negligent CPS workers

  • Creating a national oversight body for DCFS/CPS

  • Passing the Social Worker Accountability & Competency Act

  • Electing leaders committed to family justice reform

  • Petition drives, ballot initiatives, and candidate endorsements

  • Passing state and federal laws to restrict overreach by child welfare agencies and enforce due process protections

Together, we will fight for laws that protect innocent families and expose a system that has long operated without transparency, oversight, or consequences.
