The Truth Is Public: Why CPS Needs Oversight and Accountability

The judge has spoken and now everything in my case is public. No more sealed files. No more hidden lies. The records are out where they belong for everyone to see.

This is not just about me. This is about a system that has been operating in the shadows for far too long. CPS and the counties thought they could bury the truth behind protective orders and secrecy. They thought parents like me would stay quiet, broken, and forgotten. But not anymore.

When the records go public the whole world sees what they tried to hide. The misconduct, the fraud, the abuse of power, it is all there in black and white. That is why they fought so hard to keep it sealed. Because once the light shines in, their excuses fall apart.

The public has a right to know how families are torn apart by lies. The public has a right to demand oversight of agencies that answer to no one. The public has a right to hold social workers accountable when they violate the very laws they swore to uphold.

This case is bigger than me. It is about every parent who was silenced, every child taken without due process, and every family destroyed by unchecked power. My fight in federal court is proof that the system is broken and that change is possible when the truth comes out.

CPS cannot police itself. Oversight is not optional. Accountability is not negotiable. My case shows why.

The truth is now public. The records are out. And the fight for reform has only just begun.
