The Empire of Lies Has Finally Collapsed

For years, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties tried to hide behind secrecy, false reports, and intimidation. But now the truth — though under seal in the court — can no longer be denied.

The evidence shows what really happened to my family:

Discrimination Exposed

Official county records prove that social workers judged me not for neglect or abuse, but because of who I am — a gay and deaf father. My identity was treated as a “problem” instead of my children’s needs being respected.

I also hold further evidence of this discrimination that remains under seal by the court. Out of respect for the legal process, I cannot release those materials publicly at this time. But their very existence is proof that the truth has been documented — and one day it will come to light.

Due Process Violations

Court transcripts reveal that interpreters failed to provide full and accurate interpretation during critical hearings. I had to fight just to be understood in my own case, and the court itself was forced to acknowledge interpreter failures. This was a direct violation of my rights under the ADA and the Constitution.

Ignored Evidence of Lies

Emails, witness statements, and contracts showed that accusations against me were false. Friends and witnesses confirmed that lies were told about me, and even provided documentation — yet DCFS refused to reinvestigate or correct the record. Their refusal to act on clear exculpatory evidence destroyed my family.

Harassment and Retaliation

Instead of correcting their mistakes, the counties tried to dig into my private life, issuing subpoenas for my personal records, jobs, and even my Uber history. This was not about protecting children — it was about retaliation and cover-up.

This is not child protection. This is corruption and discrimination, written into official records for the world to see.

The empire of lies has fallen. Their shield of secrecy is shattered. Every page of the sealed court record now haunts them.
