Court Approved Dockets Reveal the Truth Proof of My Innocence

Updated: Sep 7

The fight for truth and justice has reached a critical turning point. The Court has officially approved the public release of several key dockets in my case, which are Dkt 306, Dkt 307 pages 90 to 149, Dkt 310, and Dkt 313. These documents contain undeniable evidence that clears my name and exposes the misconduct, lies, and cover-ups that were used to tear my family apart.

What the Records Show

Dkt 306 Emails Ignored and Rights Violated

This exhibit includes emails between me, DCFS social workers Karen Bowman and Pedro Dominguez, and my counsel. The emails prove that I was actively requesting reunification services, visitation, and updates as ordered by the court. Despite my compliance, including parenting classes, therapy, and drug testing, the social workers deliberately ignored me. They delayed services and withheld communication to sabotage my chances of reunification, punishing me for asserting my rights (Click Dkt 306).

Dkt 307 Pages 90 to 149 Evidence of Innocence Ignored

This exhibit reveals emails with multiple social workers, including Amy Sando and others. It shows I submitted clear evidence of my innocence, including texts, social media records, and supporting documents. Yet the County pressed forward anyway. These records prove the County knew I was not a danger to my children but chose to ignore the truth, which prolonged the separation of my family (Click Dkt 307).

Dkt 310 Conflicts of Interest Exposed

Exhibit T uncovers a shocking web of undisclosed conflicts of interest. Karen Bowman, a DCFS supervisor, sat on the board of GLAD, which is a nonprofit receiving County contracts while supervising my case. At the same time, her subordinate Pedro Dominguez managed overlapping cases involving my former roommates Scott and Danielle Murphy. These entanglements placed my household directly under their control without disclosure and violated my right to a fair process (Click Dkt 310).

Dkt 313 Systematic Obstruction and Delay

This exhibit documents communications between me, Los Angeles County DCFS, San Bernardino County workers, and my attorneys from August 2018 to December 2019. The records show how officials intentionally delayed transferring my children’s case, obstructed visitation, and created confusion about drug testing requirements. Despite court orders, they imposed unreasonable obstacles to reunification and deliberately prolonged my separation from my children (Click Dkt 313).

Why This Matters

These dockets prove what I have said from the beginning. I am innocent. The allegations were built on lies, conflicts of interest, and deliberate misconduct. The County knew my compliance, my innocence, and my repeated efforts to reunify with my children, yet they chose to drag out the process while ignoring the law and my constitutional rights.

The truth is now public. While I await the release of three additional dockets, the evidence already speaks for itself. This was never about protecting children. It was about preserving a broken system.

A Call to Action

I will continue to fight not only for my own family but for every family that has been wrongfully torn apart. These documents are not just proof of my innocence. They are a window into a system that must be reformed.

Together, we can shed light on corruption, demand accountability, and fight for change.

i shared my story so people could be aware of the cps corruption and the lack of judicial justice. people think cps doesn’t lie or falsify documents, but they do . i also shared my story so others can see they don’t need to be afraid of opening up and sharing their story too. i am not ashamed , i am appalled by the failing system and corruption.
