Marissa’s Lately Cases: They Want Silence — But I Refuse

Today I received a text message from Alice, Marissa’s mother, right after court. She told me that I was brought up in the courtroom and asked me to take down all my posts about Marissa and her kids. Here’s her exact message:

“Hi I just came out of court for Marissa. You were brought up. I need you to please take down all post relating to Marissa and kids asap. After the court is close then we can do something. At this time we work on a strategic plan to have an investigation into the DCFS. Please let me know when you take the post down so I can let the attorney know. At this time Marissa isn't upto talking to anyone but she is with her dad (Click: Text Message).”

Let me be crystal clear: I will not take my posts down.

I will not stop exposing what CPS and DCFS have done.

And I will not accept the kind of behavior where truth is silenced for the comfort of those in power.

What’s happening to Marissa right now is punishment. They are targeting her because she dared to stand beside me and help with my case. That’s retaliation — plain and simple. They are scared because my exhibits are publicly exposed against them. They can’t do anything about it.

My exhibits are already public. If they are embarrassing, that is not my problem. The only reason they are embarrassing is because the defendants chose to break the law and continue stealing children from innocent parents. If they had acted with integrity, they wouldn’t have anything to hide.

Every attempt to silence us only proves why exposure is necessary. Families like mine, and families like Marissa’s, deserve the truth out in the open. Covering up injustice only enables it to continue.

This isn’t just about one courtroom. This is about a broken system that tries to hide behind closed doors. I refuse to cooperate with silence. My mission has always been to shine a light where others would rather keep things in the dark — and that mission will not change.

They may want me quiet, but the truth speaks louder.

I love this but truth is it is too hard a system to navigate alone unless you have a law degree.i tried to get law students to help me and I've paid 3 advocates I found online that didn't help me at all .and I have very limited funds

Thank you for sharing that. You are absolutely right. The system is deliberately complex and most parents are left to fight without real guidance or affordable help. That is exactly why Stolen Children by CPS exists. We make the law and process understandable and connect parents with trustworthy advocates while exposing how this system works against families.

If you would like please visit email me at stolenchildrenbycps@gmail.com privately. We are building a network so no parent has to face this alone again. You are not powerless and your story matters. 💛
