My name is Morris Patrick, and I am the CEO and Founder of Stolen Children by CPS. As I work toward completing my Master’s in Public Administration at Gallaudet University (expected 2026), I am using the university’s access to Qualtrics—a professional survey platform—to gather crucial data for our movement.

This survey is specifically designed for families involved in Pro Per litigation, meaning those who are representing themselves in court after CPS unjustly removed their children. If you are not involved in Pro Per litigation, we kindly ask that you do not complete this survey.

 

Our goal is to:

​

• Verify and document the strength and size of this movement;

• Use the data to support future court filings and legal arguments;

• Build a foundation for expanding our nonprofit organization across the U.S. and, eventually, worldwide.
